Story

Titanstuc S.p.A.

was born in 1980 in the Republic of San Marino.

In 1987, it began the production of plastic additives using a newly developed plant to prepare one pack of additives. The product obtained from the new plant is called a pre-dosed bag of additives.

It consists of a low-melting EVAc bag containing all the individually weighed additives that at normal process temperatures is dispersed in the dry blend. In a few years Titanstuc becomes a supplier of pre-dosed additives to major PVC transformers.

  • 1995: Titanstuc S.p.A. joins the Baerlocher group, a leading multinational company in the production and marketing of additives for plastics;

  • 1996: Inaugurates a mixing line for the production of one-pack powder in bags and big bags;

  • 1998: Acquire a new site improving production capacity;

  • 1999: ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) Certification;

  • 2001: ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems) Certification, first Company in San Marino;
  • 2002: Inauguration of a new mixing line for one pack production in “dust free” pellets;

  • 2020: Acquire new spaces for the storage and marketing of material;

  • 2023: Titanstuc, always attentive to environmental issues, achieves energy self-sufficiency through investment in a photovoltaic system.

  • 2024: Member of Vinyl Plus®, European Community of PVC Industries;
